You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number)

Video Verification Required

To ensure a smooth and fair return process, we require video verification when you open your package.

This helps us verify that the product was received in good condition and protects you in case of damage, missing items, or disputes.

🎥 How it works:

  1. Record a clear video of yourself unboxing the package — starting from the sealed box and showing the contents as you open it.
  2. The video should clearly show:
    • The shipping label on the box
    • The unsealing process
    • All items inside, including packaging and accessories
  3. If you're returning an item, please keep a copy of the video and be prepared to share it only if requested by our support team.

⚠️ Note: Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will not be processed without unboxing video proof. For general returns (change of mind), video is not required unless there’s a dispute about the item’s condition.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as SpyTrendz is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., pet grooming tools, kitchen items used for food prep — if packaging is broken)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and your unboxing video.
  3. We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
