How do I place an order?

- Go to Checkout and enter your shipping and payment details.
- Confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation right away!

Is tracking included?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50 (worldwide). Orders under $50 have a flat rate starting at $4.99.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories
👉 Buyer pays return shipping fees.
How do I start a return?
- Contact us at support@spytrendz.com with your order number.
- We’ll guide you through the process.
- Ship the item back (keep proof of postage).
- Once received, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7 business days.
Why is video verification required?
To ensure fairness and prevent disputes, we require a video of you unboxing the product when claiming damage, defects, or missing items. This protects both you and us.
Please keep the video until your order is confirmed.

How do I create an account?
Click “Login” at the top of the page and choose “Create an Account”. Save your details for faster checkout and easy order tracking.
🌍 International Orders
Are there extra fees for international orders?
Your order total includes product price and shipping — but import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot declare lower values or mark packages as "gifts."
🎁 Products & Stock
Are your products authentic?
Yes! All items are sourced from trusted suppliers and thoroughly quality-checked before shipping.
What if an item is out of stock?
We’ll notify you by email and offer a refund or suggest a similar product. You can also sign up for restock alerts on the product page (if available).
Do you sell gift cards?
